Puerto Vallarta Restaurant

Terrible service, we waited an hour (they told us a couple minutes) and then tried to squeeze my family into a booth meant for 4 people. There were 8 of us, and I understand that there could be difficulty for such a big party but they were letting groups of 4-5 go by and they could of put two tables together for a table. When we were walking out of the main area to the front to ask what we could do my grandfather, who is 74 years old, saw a table for 8, and we asked about that and the front desk used a very rude tone and said that it had just been clean and that we would have to wait andother 30 minutes. The front desk handled the situation terribly.If I wasn't offended before, I was definitely offended after they way they treated me. My family will not be going back there.

Slow service, ok fajitas. The street tacos with steak tasted like shoe leather. Ordering to go is a good option unless you have tons of time. A lot of pesky flies the last two times we were in, they said it was the weather or open doors and windows, no plans to improve the situation. The flies were really bothering our kids.

I go here often with our church and the staff here treat us like family every time we come in a rather large group (usually 14 or more) very patient, kind, fast and delicious food. The owner, always comes out to visit us for few moments asks us how the food was, ECT. Always, recommend this restaurant to all my family and friends.

Just like all the other Mexican restaurants. Nothing special sets them apart. Good food and close neighborhood location. They use a lot of cheese, be warned.
