Story

I love pasta! I love garlic! In fact, I love the aromas and flavors that make up the global influence of foods from our Pacific Northwest. I fell in love with cooking when I was a very young boy. I’ve been a chef in the Pacific Northwest for over 20 years.

My partner Monique and I just celebrated our 8th anniversary at the Adriatic Grill. It is the embodiment of my passion for Italian and Mediterranean cuisines and the realization of our dream to be restaurant owners. Our Award winning, family run, Adriatic Grill is steeped in rich European style and tradition, with welcoming family hospitality. Our cuisine is influenced by the many countries surrounding the Adriatic Sea. Our menu is seasonal, using local products, made fresh with the highest quality ingredients: hand made pizza dough…fresh fin fish and shellfish…meatballs made one at a time…hand selected choice quality steaks and chops…sauces, soups and desserts made in our kitchen daily. Whether it’s the best cheese pizza anywhere; cooked in our wood burning stove, or lasagna that will make you remember Grandma's cooking, or a 20oz. T-Bone steak Florentine, our goal is to bring you back to the old country and to the Adriatic Grill.
