Public Storage

I've used three different storage providers in the general area. I selected Public Storage because, at the time, they were the only one with available space for our needs. We used them to store rec room furniture and other goods while we were doing a renovation. Customer service is good and price is competitive. The facilities are a bit dated and the buildings are not heated or humidity controlled. In the winter the store rooms get very cold and damp. We found many of our boxes were moist and many of the books and other paper products were warped from moisture. Items stored in plastic tubs were generally okay. There are no lights in the storage rooms, so bring a flash light if you need to find something. Also, be warned, there is only one dolly in each building that requires a key. If someone else is using it, you're out of luck. Overall, I would use one of the other newer facilities if the space was available.

We rented two storage units when our son was in between apartments for a short period of time, a month. We found the facilities and grounds to be well kept, organized and CLEAN. Although our storage areas were on the 2nd floor, we found access to the building and the elevator & dollies/racks available to customers very easy and convenient to use. The owner/managers of the facility were excellent as well. If we should have a future need for storage, we would not hesitate to use this place again.

They wonderful to deal with. Very helpful and knowledgable. Great service and very friendly :) I would recommend them to anyone needing storage space.

The staff here are friendly and accommodating. It is a secure facility that puts me at ease knowing that my boxes will be safe in storage. The facility is gated, and secured with CCTVs installed. Despite the coldness of the units in winter, all my boxes remain intact. There is a public washroom available next to the office, which is heated. I am happy to continue renting from them into the future.

I have been a customer for 4 years and will continue to be a customer! Great customer service, very responsive to questions / concerns, very clean, lots of parking, easy to access the storage units, competitively priced! This is a great place to store your stuff and very conveniently located!! Thank you Public Storage North Vancouver for your great service! I highly recommend you!!!
