I was closing out my account today and interrupted Jasmine while she was cleaning. She was very polite, friendly, and she was helpful. She dropped what she was doing to make sure that I had done everything right to close out my account. She is definitely the reason that I would be coming back to this location if I ever need you guys again!

Went to public storage on Enterprise Drive in Allen Park. Talked with Bonnie. She was very nice and was able to answer all my questions. Nice talking with her and plan on getting a unit there.

Received great service upon arrival for my unit rental. I found the two ladies that helped me to be very professional, pleasant and very helpful. I wish I wrote their names down to mention them by name. The facility is clean and well laid out and the location is great. This is a great facility.
