I want to express my appreciation for Kelli who took care of me when I rented a storage unit yesterday. Kelli was very helpful and made the process of renting the unit easy. The Property Manager Trina is amazing and made my move in easy and stress free. She was very knowledgeable regarding insurance and merchandise information. I would recommend anyone looking to store their belongings to store here!

I needed a storage unit and came into public storage on Pelham and Wick. The associate Trina was very pleasant and informed me on the prices and sizes of each unit. I loved how she even took you to the unit before leaving so I could see the location. It was fast, and friendly which put my mind at ease with moving all my stuff. Great rates, Friendly service and fast processing, I will be recommending.
