CubeSmart Self Storage

I have been a customer since 2012 when I moved out of state. I still have a unit there in 2017 and the staff is wonderful. I had always dealt with Natheen, she was such a sweat and wonderful lady, excellent manager she will be truly missed. I keep this storage just in case I have to move back home or my family may need some things, it's available to them. The new staff they currently have is very polite and compassionate and professional. I'm always late because I'm just always late no other reason I can think of, but they stay professional always a call to inform me that I'm late never any attitude on the other end. Customer service is excellent, as you can tell 5 yrs in.

The people at the office we're awesome, but the amount you pay goes up and up and up. I was paying a certain amount and it had went up three times? I'm paying 50$ more a month in top of the the rate I signed up for.

Personally I hate CubeSmart... But the location is convenient for me. They don't try to work with you on anything. All about that $$$$ the manager Krissi is super nice tho and very helpful

I needed storage and found a professional in Kryssi. She gave me a few options then we chose the unit best suited for me. Kryssi was gracious and charming to talk with! Good Job!
