Proxim pharmacie affiliée - Fortier et Bélanger

Terrible customer service at the pharmacy. Long waits, disrespectful views and no money for them

Unfortunately, Proxim isn't what it used to be. As longtime customers, we recently decided to switch pharmacies. We no longer found the quality we were used to: reliable service, reasonable order preparation times, error-free medication dispensing, courteous interactions, professional advice, and readily available staff with opening hours that met customer needs.nnUnfortunately, the Brompton branch no longer seems to have the same dedicated, proactive, and committed team of pharmacists as before, which was disappointing.

An exceptional experience every time I visit. I wouldn't change pharmacies for anything. They're incredibly understanding, attentive, and very proactive. Absolutely no negative points.

I'm not a regular customer at the Proxim pharmacy in Bromptonville. However, I did call to inquire about medication for my cat, as they also fill prescriptions for dogs and cats. The telephone service is top-notch! I highly recommend this pharmacy for your furry friends. Bravo!

For over 15 years, my roommate and I have been lucky enough to be their customers, and they really take care of us. Their tracking and deliveries save us a lot of time.
