Providence Medical Group - Sunnyside

I have been with providence since I was born; nothing but amazing physicians that work as hard as humanly possible to achieve great health. I have been to Portland Prov. and moved to clackamas and have been with care team a for over 10 years now and have never had to wait longer than normal (its a doctors office, they can only go as fast as they can). My conditions were taken care of immediately! They offer as many different options as they can; never have I ever had a negative experience. What I love the most, is if my care team is booked they get me in with someone else and they too act as if they've known me. I have always been treated with the up most respect. I truly leave feeling that I am being taken care of! Thank you so much Providence.

My doctor is at this Clinic and he is a very good Doctor. We have seen other doctor's here as well for my family and I think this a really good place to go when you need help.

The level of incompetence of the office staff is astounding.. It takes days to get a message to a dr. in the office. communication is nonexistent there. Missed referrals, prescriptions not handled properly. overall unskilled staff,

I've had two different PCP from this office and both have been extremely rude and disrespectful to me. Doctor Lubkin ignored all of my problems and talked down to me the entire time. Doctor Cha is no better, she leaves the appointment under claims that she just has to do something real quick and then doesn't return. This stops me from being able to discuss all of my concerns and makes me have to schedule another appointment. I changed to a different office entirely because of how frustrating those doctors are.

My Husband was seen by CURTIS R. THIESSEN...such an BAD EXPERIENCE! He was rude and didn't let us explain everything. My Husband got hurt at work and didn't see a doctor for 2 weeks because we have an 7 month year old baby boy, and he has to bring in money home for us. My mom had been here and same as her bad experience. I wouldn't recommend this place.
