I've been upsold the Periodontal cleaning, which means an $80-100 out of pocket (in addition to insurance) every time I see them. I've also been mandated to see them four times a year. I've asked for regular cleaning instead and they're insisting on giving me the full periodontal treatment which feels NO DIFFERENT than any other cleaning AND uses the exact same tools. I've seen another review elsewhere stating the same situation and I hope other customers come forward. I move a lot so I've been with other dental providers and have not encountered this "scam". I will be seeking another opinion and if it is the same, will retract this review.

Never felt comfortable at a dentist, Here you feel that way from Desk to Dentist!!! Bruce Richardson, DMD is the Man! He's by fare the Best,Talented,most thoughtful Dentist I ever Met! Thank you for coming into our Lives!!! Mick & Lynn Nuttall

Wanted over $500 to remove 2 teeth and an x-ray then told me I had to pay all or no work My part was over $150 seams to be more about the money then fixing teeth Been going here for 10 years and all new people again seams like they change workers faster then Mc D's Going to look for someone new
