Providence Healthcare Clinic - Everett

Never had a problem with this clinic but drs keep coming and going I have to chose a new dr when I just did this two years ago but all in all everyone that works there is nice and I get good treatment.

Arrived at the E.R. at 6am. It is now 11am. 2 hours waiting in the emergency room before the doctor came in. The room I was put in, hadn't been cleaned for 3 days (saw it on their nifty little cleaning calendar) and there was a POORLY WIPED UP POOL OF BLOOD ON THE FLOOR. So, the floor hadn't been mopped in at least a week. The doctor decided to go on lunch while getting my discharge papers and prescription. We had to chase down one of the incredibly grumpy and antisocial nurses to find my paperwork. Scheduling messed up an important xray appointment and made it that very day, so I was rushed out of the ER after waiting another 20 minutes to get my prescription. Went upstairs for an xray, being told I had 10 minutes to wait. 45 minutes later, I go check to see what's going on... I wasn't even properly put on the schedule and the was told to wait another 15 minutes. Waited 25 minutes, only to watch everyone come in and go in front of us. I check WTF is going on, "Oh. It'll be another 20 minutes." I was told 10 minutes and ended up being over an hour. Out of every room I was in, I had to repeatedly ask to have my husband in the room. The staff even tried lying to me and telling me he couldn't accompany me. I would have gotten better and more prompt care and service at Jiffy Lube. This place is masked by the pretty building with it's incompetent, incapable staff and just awful business.

They mistreated me while my regular doctor was gone. Took me off medication he had no right to do. And treated me very discriminatively.

Have prescription for anxiety two or more years now. Dr leaves clinic. My much needed prescription denied because I haven't seen someone else about the same thing? Time to find new clinic!

Their clinics and doctors misdiagnosed his cancer for over a year!! We finally went to the UW who had him diagnosed the same day, May 13, 16 BUT it was too late it had spread to his brain and other organs. It had started in his lung, by the time it was diagnosed it was the size of a softball and he had over 10 cancerous brain lesions. He died 3 months to the day August 13, 2016. If Providence had paid attention to his year long loss of voice and multiple other symptoms he would be alive°°!! It would have been small enough to operate and save him. BUT WE WERE TREATED AS PILL SEEKERS!! HOWEVER, Their hospice & homecare was fantastic when he was dying. BUT HE SHOULDN'T OF DIED AT 50 BECAUSE DOCTORS DIDN'T TAKE HIM SERIOUS!! THE University of Washington Medical center and their clinics is the ONLY place I'll go for care
