Not great experience. Ordered and paid for delivery of shingles this morning at 930am and was told they would be delivered at 3p. Received a phone call at 230pm informing me they can't deliver. And when asked why? Response was just that they don't know why. So now hand delivering after losing a whole day

There's an automatic feeling of being welcomed any time I have gone to the Proudfoots in our area. If I can't get what I'm looking for, I will be offered other options. What really stood out for me is how the staff not only gives good customer service but how they actually like each other

My husbands go to for everything. The staff here are incredible. They are helpful going above and beyond for their customers.

Very clean well layed out store friendly staff only complaint is their prices find them to be alot higher then other places selling similar products. For example went to get outdoor bird food today this store wanted 25$ for a bag of seed the same bag at Walmart was 13$ quite a difference

I went in looking for a specific nail gun and the guy working was super helpful, it turned out that it was the wrong size nail gun for our job so he helped me find the correct one and the items I needed to go with it. He knew where to find the items and helped me figure out which ones I needed. I really appreciated his help! He was very knowledgeable and professional.

They are incredibly helpful. Rachel McPhee at the project desk is hilarious and knows her stuff. Ian at the project desk has lost a lit of weight and is now a chick magnet. He is a single man with a job ladies! The project desk has helped me out numerous times. They know their stuff.

Clean store, well stocked. Can usually find anything we are looking for easily. The outdoor garden center had a good selection of flowers and vegetables we found. A nice selection of flower pots too. Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful employees anytime we stop in here. Definitely recommend!

This is an excellent hardware store. Everytime I approach an employee on the floor for help in finding something I am always given lots of knowledgeable and friendly assistance. The bonus is that the item I'm looking for is usually in-stock.

It's an okay hardware store. It could use a renovation. The layout is a little weird in that the middle of the store has tables full of seemingly random items and all the important aisles are crowded into sides and corners of the building. It's not easy to find what you're after sometimes. It seems to be merchandised/tidied rather haphazardly. The checkout staff are pleasant enough but the staff on the floor seem afraid to engage/hurrying away somewhere else. Not a terrible store by any means but I prefer to shop at the much larger, well-stocked, Kent right across the street.
