Had an awesome experience with Leah the manager. Had ordered a bunch of decorative stones for a pathway. No fault of home hardware but the company that made the stones didn’t have the right stones in the bag. Some of the colours were off. She ended up giving me great discounts/gift card back because of this issue which felt extremely fair. Thanks Leah! Very happy with the service.

Proudfoots is my main supplier in town for all of my projects, I always prefer to deal with them over their big green competitor across the street. Their customer service is top-notch, and they do everything they can to make sure you leave as a happy customer. Keep it up guys.

Good value,good sales,great variety. Has discontinued aeroplan.Bought 2 washing machines for less then I could at a local family run furniture and appliance store and actually had fun while doing it.

I love it when we go up to New Glasgow and are able to get to this store. I love browsing to see new gadgets etc., lot of times the hubby has what he wants in the cart but I have to keep browsing. I can't wait until they get plants in so I can go back for them .
