I took a trip out east from northern Ontario all the way to St. John’s Newfoundland made my first service at 7000 km I was early for my appointment with Anchor Toyota, took my Rav4 Trail in right away and gave me some nice beefy Toyota mugs on my way out.nOn my way back from Newfoundland I put another 7000 km on My RAV4 Trail I made another appointment showed up early once again took me in right away and started looking it over.nnThank you Kelley and thank you Anchor Toyota.

Rachel helped me make a purchase at the Anchor Toyota for a 2017 RAV4, and everyone was super supportive and informative! As a first time car buyer, I couldn’t have had a team guide my hand any better. Rachel made sure that I had time to think before I purchased, and I was given a thorough tour of the vehicle. When I had questions, Rachel made sure to ask the right people. Super prompt service dealership to respond to calls. I highly recommend the people here to help you find a good deal on a car. 10/10!

After having been a loyal customer of this dealership for more than 15 years and five vehicle purchases, I have never experienced service so bad that I bought out my lease on the spot and promised to never darken their door. They have no staff retention. Service Manager was three weeks on the job and the service advisor was three days on the job. I needed a sensor for my RAV and they gave me a quote during my service 2. They also told me I needed new rotors and brakes. I told them that I would have the brakes done by my own mechanic. As it turned out, I didn't need new rotors. I saved 600.00 by taking it elsewhere. I made an appointment to have the sensor replaced two week hence. I dropped it off in the morning and they called and said that it was ready for pick up but they didn't do anything because they didn't order the part when I made the appointment. I sent an email to the General Manager and almost two weeks later, it remains unanswered. I live 45 minutes aways from the dealership so I wasted a day. The day I went in for the part, they said the part was in and they called me and told me it was ready. I asked how much and he said 670.00. I told him that I had a quote for 145.00 and I sent it to him. They said it didn't have labour on it and I told them that it wasn't my problem. I agreed that instead of two and a half hours labour I would pay for one. That is when I decided to pay out the lease. Then I found out that I had to have my car safety inspected before I could buy it out. MY OWN CAR! I told them that I would get my mechanic to inspect it and they said it had to be the leasing dealership who did it. Because I was anxious to be rid of this dealership and get my new Subaru Forester from Century Subaru, I agreed. I did remind them that I was told that I didn't need rotors so they didn't try to pull that one on me again. Oh, the icing on the cake, they charged me an extra payment as a penalty for paying my lease out early. Stay away from this dealership. If they can treat a long-standing customer this way, think of what you will go through.

**UPDATE**nWe would love for you to make it right, however Mike Morin was the person that we dealt with both times, and I doubt going back for a third round would change much.nn**OWNERS BEWARE**nNot much to say about Anchor Toyota… 2 years ago we brought our 2018 Tundra in for an oil change and they broke the oil filter cover before heading back to Alberta. The service department failed to tell us about it and we were only notified when our original Toyota dealer in Sherwood Park, AB caught it. And now the most recent incident … we brought our truck back in for a block heater recall and a few days later we noticed something hanging off the bottom. Upon further inspection it was the block heater cord that was wrapped around the drive shaft. This easily could have ended in disaster and all the service manager, Mike Morin, had to say was “oh the zip tie must have come off” and then proceeded to give us a 10 dollar coupon to get coffee on them.nMoral of the story - don’t bring your vehicle to this dealer if you want trusted and reliable service done. Won’t be back and will drive the extra hour to Halifax/Dartmouth to have work done. It’ll be worth the gas money to have peace of mind. Would give 0 stars if possible.

We had an absolutely outstanding experience working with Tristan. There were a few small issues near the end of our purchase process, and a misunderstanding that almost put everything at risk. However, thanks to Tristan’s incredible talent and dedication—qualities I have never seen in any other salesperson across Canada—he was able to resolve all the difficulties for us.
