We had dealt with the "old" Pro Source in Boise about a year and a half ago before they were no longer Pro Source. The experience there was nothing short of a nightmare when we later tried to get information regarding a product we purchased to see about getting it fixed or replaced.
When the "new" Pro Source opened up in Boise we went in and talked to Rick, the manager, and he went to bat for us even though he had NOTHING to do with the former issue and we had only the information on hand (which was very little). He didn't have to do anything to help us but he went above and beyond to get us some resolution.
 I would recommend Pro Source in Boise now to anyone who asked me about flooring products. 
Do some homework on your installer however - Pro Source has a list of installers but they can't and don't "guarantee" the installers work (although they DO appreciate it when you let them know good or bad on an install job).
