Emilee is an absolutely awe-inspiring baker! She has so much passion for what she does. She is extremely dedicated to her craft and is always growing and expanding her abilities. She did our wedding cake and we’ve been into the shop many times. Never ever a disappointment! We won’t go anywhere else to satisfy our sweet tooth cravings!!

My husband and I used Emilee for our cutting cake and cupcakes for our guest and we got so many rave reviews! Her set up was beautiful, elegant, and stunning! The taste of the cupcakes and cake were even better! We also ordered a few vegan cupcakes for some guest and were told people couldn’t taste the difference! Emilee was so easy to work with and was really responsive! She is an amazing wedding vendor, but I would recommend her for any cake/dessert need!

The staff was always very friendly and accommodating. Through the whole process I felt as though every employee of the company went above and beyond to make our wedding cake exactly how we wanted it. The staff showed up on time, dressed professionally and designed our cake table beautifully. I couldn’t imagine a better experience. Thank you flour child for your exceptional service!

In need of a cake soon, I stopped by the the new location after driving by it daily. When I walked in, no one was in the front, which was fine. I located the design books to look through and then a young lady came out and ask me what I needed. I told her I was looking for a cake. She abruptly ask when I needed it, and I told her the date (a month out) and was told we are full. I ask for a couple days earlier and again she said we are full. Now it's completely acceptable that you would be unavailable, but she never checked a calendar, appointment book, or a computer. She obviously has a mind like a steel trap and total recall of booked dates. I digress. She never offered any semblance of what could be construed as customer service. I felt like I completely intruded on whatever was going on in her world. Needless to say, regardless of how fantastic the cakes may or may not be, I will never return to that business. Nor will I recommend it to anyone. ****Hmmmm..... Interesting I never said when I was there, but it was not Saturday and there were other employees in the back. Your employee did not "double check" in the back for dates, nor did she show me anything on the website. Like I said, she had no interest in helping me in any aspect. But that being said, it would appear that at least one other potential customer had a similar experience. I stand by my original reviews. ****

I was surprised with a superhero cake from Flour Child on my 21st birthday, and it was amazing. It was obvious that Emilee put in so much thought and effort into making the cake perfect for me. Emilee does work that I wouldn't think possible away from a big city company. And every time I'm in the shop, I feel so welcome by all the ladies. Emilee has a maturity and work ethic unseen in people her age, and it shows in her products.
