My husband and I dropped into this store and met with Rey the store manager. We are new to Boise and had very old Samsung Galaxy phones that were not getting good quality reception. We were able to upgrade our phones at a great price and Rey handled all the data migration even though my husband's phone was missing Google Play Store. Rey did not give up on migrating the data from my husband's phone even though it took quite a while. I highly recommend going to see Rey at Overland and 5 Mile Metro PCS. He is very customer oriented and will give you full attention. We had a very good experience and will continue to work with Rey for all of our cell phone needs.

I went in to Metro today to get a fee phones connected. I was treated by a very intelligent helpful, kind associate, he made me feel very confident about purchase and took care of all the loose ends. Not only that I went out to start my car n it wouldn't start he came out n pushed my car n got it jumped n on my way , I have a metro by my house on Orchard but I would rather drive to the location because the customer service is just so wonderful they r super knowledge n never miss inform me. Thank you so much Jose and the women (sorry I'm horrible with names) metro on overland n five mile You guys rock!!!!

MetroPCS is awesome! With extremely cheap rates and great service, this carrier is for anyone and everyone. No contracts, no fees, fixed prices, and fantastic customer service. This location on Overland RD has a wonderful staff. They are knowledgeable and offer great deals on cases, head phones, and everything else! If you want to save money and have some fun, head over to this location.

On my way to work and stopped by the only Metro PC that is in my area off of Overland Road five mile and they were closed for the sign on the door at least one person in the store while the other one is gone
