I brought in my computer with some issues. The staff diagnosed the issues, and then called me to explain what was going on and offer solutions. They made the repairs quickly and I picked up the computer within a short time after. I am happy with my experience and will return again should I have future computer needs.

Update: I changed my rating based on the response I received from Rich. He personally reached out to me to find out more about my situation and see how they can improve in the future. To me, that is customer service at it's finest. He easily could've wrote it off or blamed me, but he didn't. He was sincere in his effort to make things right and do better. Because of this , I will give them another opportunity to work on our computers if an issue arises. Thanks Rich! I've taken my laptop & pc here before, but not anymore. My laptop was slow and not working properly so I took in a few weeks ago. About a week later I picked it, they gave me a list of everything they did and told me it was working great. I got it home and it never even got to the password screen. I tried to hard boot it a few times and it still wouldn't work. I put it away for a while because I was too busy to deal with it. When I tried to get it to work about a week later, I got the blue screen of death with a message saying it needed to restart. After that it was stuck in the boot cycle. I took it back in last Saturday, only to be told my hard drive is dead. My husband and I tried to explain that we really needed irreplaceable files off of there, but they said they haven't had any success yet and they would continue working on it. The kid that was helping us was really apathetic.

This is a decent local place to get specifics for systems you're building, and the kids who run the show can obviously put together some nice clean science. look at their stuff and fell whatever you want to feel.

Here goes. I dropped my pc off. With it, I provided my power cable. The issue was which I had opened it up to see, that one of the miniature cables connecting from the power supply to where the power cord inserts at the socket was disconnected, needing resoddering. I told them this was the case and that this was what I wanted repaired. Probably within a week I was called asking if I would like them to order a part to secure the socket so it wouldn't pull apart from the cable again. This would have costed an additional $50.00. I return their call and say please don't order the part. I'm sure it will be fine. They call back and say okay, your computer is ready for pick up and is working. Fast forward nearly two months as life is quite busy. I call to let them know I will pick it up. I go in to pick it up and pay $135.00. Then I ask them to show me that it powers on and they cannot find my power cable. They look for nearly half an hour. No success. They bring out a number of cables and try with no avail to power on my computer. What the? I think. I tell them I want my computer fixed. Please refund the money that was charged. They do so. I am called within a day by Mike, the tech, who says he is looking at it powered on and working. I am going in to pick it up on Tuesday. I will continue my review then.

The team here is *fantastic.* I tried to self-repair a fried video card and only mucked things up on my 4 year old computer. A couple days and a dropoff repair at Computer Central, a super reasonable bill, and a few parts all brought us to today-- when I can actually write a review on my own (significantly improved) desktop. They went above and beyond in fixing and upgrading my system, and I am absolutely in love with it now. It's the best customer service experience I've had locally in YEARS.
