Pronuptia Bridals Inc

I took my bridesmaids and my mother to Pronuptia to look for some bridesmaids dresses. The staff was so helpful and friendly, and our saleswoman (Joan) was just so sweet. She was very enthusiastic about helping us pick out dresses and really wanted to make sure we were happy. We were set up in two dressing rooms and had a great time trying on lots of dresses. Joan was very busy clipping the girls into dresses and lacing up backs and pinning straps on and I really appreciated her help. She let us browse dresses on our own but also offered some suggestions which we might not have picked out ourselves. The store itself is very clean and organized - it's not huge, but there was a decent amount of people in the store and I didn't feel like it was too crowded. Great selection of dresses to try on, and tons and tons of fabric swatches to see! I am very happy with my experience at Pronuptia and look forward to seeing them again soon when the dresses come in!

My mom and I went to Pronuptia's and were very impressed! The staff are very professional and warm. I went to a couple places that made me feel like I was inconveniencing them. Pronuptia's understands that a bride wants to feel special when she is looking for her wedding gown. I would definitly recommend making an appointment to go and look at their large selection of dresses! And if you want something that they don't have, they will order it for you. My dress was a Mon Cheri and they didn't have the dress as a sample. I went to another place that had the sample dress, tried it on, but went back to Pronuptia's to buy it. The service was just very good! And the price was less than at the other store! I also had my alterations done there and it was worth the money. They stored the dress for me and it was in perfect condition the day we picked it up! Thanks Pronuptias!
