Rodrigues sp was wonderful. He was patient, listened carefully and helped us start to finish. We were not rushed. He’s a great employee for AT&T. I would request him in a heartbeat.

Got an upgrade on my phone and some new accessories recommended by the staff member that helped me . I was pleased with how friendly everyone is and how smooth the transaction was. Will definitely be returning for any future necessities!

I’m just glad I came to this store . 1 day before I went to the store at 453 park ave and I had the worst costumers service experience of my life . A bunch of thieves and ghetto educated personnel that’s what they were. I was ready to drop AT T But decided to visit this store today hoping I will find a human being to talk and figure out my problems. And I did . There was Derek . The guy is literally the best employee I have ever seen not only at AT T but anywhere out there. Not only he fixed the problems I had in 10 minutes the same problems someone else was telling me that are not possible to get solved Yes Derek always with a kind smile helped me out in 10 minutes and made me so satisfied that I bought almost 2.000$ of products. He was working alone today and the shop pretty crowded. It didn’t bother him at all he was always smiling and every customer got the best possible of the service. Fast smart polite that’s what we ask from AT T stores and Derek had it all. Thank you for your services Derek I am sure our society whould be so much more developed and pleasant if every stuff member had half of your willing to do their job . Well done

I went in there for help with my account and the guy noticed I was overpaying because of new deals I could get. I was very happy. Dude was very knowledgeable.

Terrible place to get a phone. Thought I was being helped but in the end, found out the sales rep Matthew was more of a swindler than a car sales man. Stuck me with an extra line. Lied and said it was a temporary number and would go away. Got my bill and it was $373. Swindled and acted like he was helping all for a lil commission. Trash sales rep
