i absolutely love my e-bike! It just so happened that the person who waited on me was the manager, Greg. The store I went to was Landry's Bicycle in Worcester. He was extremely patient, explained to me everything about the bike I could think of, and more! He went out of his way many times during my visit with him. For instance the screws that came with my excellent lock did not fit the bike properly. Gregg went out back until he found the size he was looking for and within minutes my lock was secured to my bike. I would definitely recommend Landrys Bicycles to anyone who's looking for fantastic merchandise, the utmost service, friendliness and they know what they are doing! They are definitely professionals in their field!!!

nLandry’s Bicycles in Worcester absolutely saved the day. After bringing my Aventon e-bike to Northampton Bicycle—where I was told the bike was completely ruined and that the battery couldn’t even be removed—I was frustrated and ready to give up. That assessment couldn’t have been more wrong.nAt Landry’s, a technician removed the battery in literally two minutes, clearly knowing exactly what they were doing. They calmly and professionally assessed what actually needed repair, explained everything in plain terms, and had a detailed invoice ready by the next day. Even better, the repairs were cheaper and faster than what Northampton Bicycle quoted—without any scare tactics or misinformation.nThe difference in expertise, honesty, and customer service was night and day. If you have an e-bike especially an Aventon, don’t waste your time elsewhere. Landry’s Worcester is knowledgeable, efficient, and trustworthy. I’ll be bringing my bike here from now on and recommending them to everyone I know. Thank you!
I got a great deal on an aventon level 2, I found it on their site, got the color I wanted reserved and showed up like a week later to check it out, although it was ready in like 2 days. I got there right as they opened and they were prepared, everything went quickly and I was able to test ride it in the large parking lot of the stop and shop parking lot across the street, didn't have to bring a helmet because they had one I could use. Lastly there weren't any hidden fees at the time of purchase, just sales tax and a battery recycling fee, which were all listed in the work order they emailed me. They do maintenance so I might take my bike in for yearly service at a later date.
Great staff, mechanic, prices and equipment. Mechanic went out of his way to make my grandson feel important and he worked on his bike immediately! They earned a lifer with us!
