This place was recommended to us by a friend and they did a fantastic job (toilets, faucets, shower upgrade). Great service, timeliness and communication, they were also very reasonable price wise. Thank you Eric and crew for a job well done!

The plumber came out 2.5 hrs late. Then told us he would be in touch in a week. 2 wks later we still had heard nothing. When I called they gave us no information and told us to call our home warranty. Needless to say we've had no hot water for 3wks at this point. I called the home warranty who read to me the explanation. All which was false. We had another company come who actually fixed the problem. Stay away from these guys! They'll take your money and run!

I’m finishing my basement and needed some plumbing services for the bathroom. I called five outfits on a Monday morning. Professional Plumbing Service, Inc. (PPS) came out Tuesday afternoon. The estimator (Eric) was probably in our house for 15 minutes. He listened to our needs and didn’t try to sell us products or services we weren’t interested in. Eric gave us a fair quote which happened to be 1/3 of what another outfit wanted to charge us. I agreed to the terms and was put on the schedule for Friday. On Friday morning, Eric arrived on time with the worker (Ryan) to introduce him to our family and make sure everyone was on the same page. I was pleased to find out Ryan had been with PPS for 10 years. Ryan was friendly, tidy and professional. He was finished with our house by lunch time and they scheduled our inspection that same afternoon. I have already recommended PPS to a friend and have stored their number in my phone because they will be the first number I call when I have a plumbing need in the future.
