Had a flat tire on the side of the road and a great repairman Tom, stop and help me through it. He went out of his way to help me and do the right thing and it was much appreciated. 5 stars for sure, it would be 6 if I could.

Very prompt. However, when initially talking with tech on the phone he gave me the impression charges would amount to $150.00. After a 20 minute $30.00 part replacement I was told total charges were $320.00, which I questioned. He apologized for the miscommunication, but didn't adjust the cost. Quality customer people would say " If that's the price I quoted that's what you pay." I was in customer service a number of years and never did this to customers!! Customers beware!!!

We called them 4 times over a 2 month period. Every time the receptionist told us a repair person would call us back to set up an appointment. He never did. Called a 5th time to complain and sent an e-mail to them from their website. Never heard a thing. Not even an apology.
