Had a moderate plumbing issue that hadn't turned into anything catastrophic yet, but decided to call someone to stay ahead of it. Made the call at 11:30, technician arrived by 12:00 and had the problem fixed & was out the door by 12:15! It was pricey for the time/labor ($208 total counting service call fee), so probably could've found a cheaper option, but I thought it was worth the price for their punctuality & now peace of mind!

Unfortunately have needed their help a few times at bad times. Sunday night water heater failure. Saturday warranty service a few years later on same, main pipe clean out on a Thursday morning with less than 2 hour notice. Every time quick. Seriously, under 2 hours! Every time great on the phone. Every time great on site.

Chad was here promptly after calling ahead of time. I wish more businesses did that. Checked my water heater, drained it and instructed me on temperature setting. Checked with me on needing any other services. He helped me put everything back together. I am very satisfied and happy that I have the Ben Club membership. Chad is today's superhero!
