I wash and do my dry cleaning here. They went up on the price to wash since I’ve been coming which was a year ago. But the staff (daytime staff anyway) is always friendly and ready to help. The evening shift however, seem to have attitudes most of the time. But I’ve only come in the evening 3 times

Had the worst experience ever today at this so called place of business! I was treat like a crackhead, my washer at home is broke and I live in the area so once again I decided to give your always broke equipment, nasty bathrooms, no proper help establishment some of my hard earned money and bring my laundry to be washed only to be cheated out of $20 ! had put my clothes in the finally working washers went to get change and the machine took my money no change ever came out so I pushed the return button to get my money nothing so I go tell the so called attendant who told me she had to call her boss so he calls bk and say that he ran the camera and it shows that when I walked away the machine spit my $20 on the floor and a lady with blue shoes picked it up! That was bs Bad business wouldn't give me my money nothing I'm never ever giving this nasty stinky smelling place my business again! I had to pack my stuff and go to another more professional place in Detroit where the owner is on site to handle these issue professionally and his change machine works! I will be spreading the word about the owner at Pro clean you thief! Hope your business go under angry hard working mother.......

Good, clean, safe laundry mat. Has a machine with soap, bounce etc also. Not so good dry cleaners. The colors on my work dress bled onto eachother. I was very disappointed when I picked up my dry cleaning.

Instead of dry cleaning my clothes They instead just ironed them to make it appear as if it was cleaned. Any food marks or fresh stains were not removed or even touched. They just iron my clothes And charge me for cleaning. Staff are friendly but seem not to care. Will take my clothes elsewhere in the future. No wonder they have a low rating

Great service, lightning fast.... only minor issue is the parking lot tends to be a zoo as there is no striping and people can't park without them apparently..
