Night owl carpet cleaning has got to be one of the best carpet cleaners around, Kevin was my carpet Tech and he was just amazing, he was very thorough and paid alot of attention to detail.. i have been using this company for 3 years now and they have been out to my house 5 times and ive been overly impressed eachand every time. Terrific job from a very professional staff. Next day I noticed several stains didn't come out completely. Called the office and spoke with owner Bob who came out that same day and with special chemicals he was successful in getting the stains out. He gave me a brief science lesson on how and why some stains can be difficult that I found fascinating. Very professional and friendly staff from receptionist to technicians to the owner.
