Martinizing Dry Cleaning

They shrunk my friend polo shirt and told us they led stretch it back to size.we went in today after waiting two wks and the shirt was out being stretched again.mgr said they would not refund the money cause we had the shirt a month.shirt was worn once!!we just took the shirt after complaining about a half hour.ih yea she refunded the 4.95 we paid in advance to clean 4 shirt 2 polo.customer service didn't matter here..B CAREFUL WHERE YOU TAKE UR CLOTHES☹

Outrageous experience. Horrible customer service. They do not deserve one star. I had a large tablecloth and a small table cloth laundered. My husband dropped them off so I did not see the receipt until I went to pick it up. The total amount came to $58.90. (no coupon) I questioned the outrageous cost and the individual explained to me that the process to launder and iron them is very involved. I don't buy that explanation. One year ago I had the same two tablecloths laundered for a total of $23.50 (no coupon). I will never do business with them again. This was a total rip off.

Rude staff. Price misquotes. Bad quality of work (2 shirts ruined/ 1 jacket damaged). Dismissed via phone and their contact E-mail doesn't work. I'll go elsewhere.

I brought my jeans in to be hemmed and cleaned. I was told 1 week and given a price. They called a day before I was to pick them up saying it would cost almost twice as much and it would take an additional week. They did a good job on the hem but forgot to clean them. I was a first time customer. Probably will be the last time I go.
