Pro Oil Change

I have been here twice. The second time I went they could not get the oil filter off my engine, when they were the ones who put it on there. They said something about not having the tool to get it off. My car is a '12 Camry so it's not like it is a uncommon car. They mentioned they could get the tool within the next 6 days, when I told them I would be leaving the area in 5 days and not returning for a while they said they would get back to me in 2 days. They never did, but they did charge me for a new oil filter and oil change. At the time I did not think much of this as I expected to be going back to get this issue resolved, so I have paid for a filter I never got. They told me they drained the oil and I saw them putting new oil in. This seems pointless as the oil would have drained if I had of gone back and they replaced the filter. I also heard one mechanic say to the other "Who put it on there, we need to make sure this doesn't happen again", so evidently mistakes were made the first time I went. This screw up cost me $250 to get fixed somewhere else. Don't waste your money here. Find a shop where they know what they're doing. I will not be returning here again. I do not recommend this location.

Always quick service. I always come here for my oil changes and have never had an issues.

After getting my oil done they did not put back the screws for the plastick cover plate and it came off when I went to go on the highway. I will never go back to this place again!!!! I strongly recommend that you don't go there

The service in Bracebridge is incredible, the staff are knowledgable and helpful and are HONEST best of all. They showed me my air filters and told me they would need done soon and even offered a great price which was better than the Honda dealership I get 10% off at… They even told me the time frame I could wait until instead of coning me into doing it that day. All and all, very pleased with the service. I will definitely return and recommend to others.
