UPDATE: So Tobias reached out to me in regards to my issues and was more than happy to address my concerns personally. He even remembered our conversation. I appreciated that he took the time to do so as it's hard to find people to trust now a days. I will be returning now and am confident it was a one off situation. I was in here once and unfortunately will not be returning. The guys were very polite and nice however all my tires had 20psi after i left and they should have been as 32 as it states in my door. They also advised i needed my transmission pan replaced due to rust. I asked for a quote and i never got a straight answer as well as they never bothered to call me back so i decided to start going elsewhere.

Best customer service experience we've ever had. Cory went above and beyond, providing us with unrivalled service. As new residents to the Bracebridge area, he made us feel very welcomed. I would strongly suggest their services to anyone.

This place is amazing. I went with my grandmother to get an undercoating because everyone says their product is the best around. The lineup was huge but we dropped it off and planned to come back that evening. 2 hours later they called and delivered the car to us. Overall...great experience and awesome staff. A Must.

Went in for an oil change, I had a concern afterwards. Came back in and issue resolved. Great customer service.
