I must say I'm impressed by the service here. Both employees that served my vehicle were amazing. Cj and Claudio, thank you both SO much. Both were super nice and helpful with getting an oil change on a company vehicle. I will be back again. A bit of a wait, but so worth it. Most oil change places don't care about the small details or take their time. But here, they do both with excellence.
My vehicle was serviced at Jiffy Lube last August. They left the air filter housing open at the bottom when changing the air filter. It was discovered 4 months later, and this vehicle drives down a dirt road to home after every outing. Dirt was ingested by the engine to an unknown amount. The entire intake was taken to their location where the service manager acknowledged that it did ingest dirt and this vehicle was a little tricky to install a filter on. The service manager could not help me and the owner has never responded. The district manager for Jiffy Lube was of no help either. It has been months with not even a "sorry for your bad luck". Be aware that any mistake they make will not be addressed unless you hire a lawyer. This service was performed in Huntsville.
First time using Jiffy Lube, Bracebridge and was very impressed with the excellent service. Quick, efficient and friendly service. They make you feel like a valued customer. I highly recommend this Company and will use them again.Service: Oil change
Cory and the Jiffy Lube Bracebridge team are top tier. They fixed an issue right away for me that was neglected by a competing mechanic. Don't make the same mistake I did and see Cory and his crew right away. Best shop in all of Muskoka hands down
Cory and his team are super efficient and provide amazing service for a great price. I had been unhappy with the service pricing on my European car from the dealership. Cory was able to do the same service for a fraction of the price and basically no time. It was done and I was back at work in under an hour. I would've still been driving to the dealership and it would've been an all day affair at 3-4 times the price. Don't pay dealership service pricing on your European cars, these guys are great and can definitely handle the job. I'm pretty fussy and I'm more than satisfied. A+ rating.Services: Oil change
