Receptionist was friendly and accommodating. However massage was not relaxing. The therapist used short quick strokes and seemed rushed to get the entire body done as opposed to taking time to focus on the problem area I identified. Perhaps it was just that particular therapist. First impressions were not good.

Service is not that great, just average. Massage offered is not that fully relaxing, seems like you are just being gently caressed and kinda lacks the needed pressure even if you asked for it. RMTs just focus on certain areas even if you asked for a whole body massage. Even the ordered orthotics took almost 2 months to arrive. Physiotherapy is better if you ask for Mary - she is better than the rest.
