Ryan has been amazing with my care and exercises since my accident. He really knows his stuff, and I genuinely feel better after our sessions. Sean has been incredible with my massages and explains everything beforehand. He's very friendly and very knowledgeable. Kyle at reception is polite and funny and is always chatty.
I would like to mention how impressed my parents are with how they've been since attending your physio dept in Kingston. Kyle & Annie at the front desk have been wonderful. So pleasant, friendly & helpful. Varsha & Nick have mad esuch a difference in the therapeutic process. Always a friendly smile, encouraging progress & individualized exercises for rehab. Walked in and reception was amazing and welcoming. The massage was great! 10 out of 10! Sean is talented, knowledgeable and this is the first time after a massage, I felt relieve from chronic issues. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a focused, on point registered massage therapist that will help with what is going on and really knows what he's doing.
The whole team is fantastic. Personable, friendly, sooooo helpful and great to work with. I'm for the full physiotherapy experience including physio, gym, accupuncture, massage and I have to say they all know what they are doing and offer everything I need to get back on track and feeling good. I'm very happy with the choice of Lifemark Physiotherapy Blackburn Mews.
I recommend seeing Shiv at this location. Saw him weekly for about 1.5 months and he was always professional and ready to treat my injury. He always took the time to answer my questions and explain what he was doing and how it helps healing. Thank you!

The people there are amazing and patient. All they want is for you to get better. If I ever need future physio I am no doubt coming back
Staff is great past front door. Front door staff not so professional. My wife waited in front lobby 15 mins and wasnt even greeted. Wont be back wouldnt recommend based on way wife was treated. Unfortunate to rest of staff who like their job. One apple can spoil a whole bunch, this was 2
On Dec.6, I spoke to the woman in intake who transferred me to reception to schedule an appointment. I left a detailed message, they say they will return phone calls within 24/48 hrs...they don't, they never returned my call to setup an evaluation. Lifemark Physiotherapy is losing money and clients because the office staff don't care. I spoke to Kathryn, scheduled an evaluation and we're moving forward with consistent appointments. Thank you for taking the time to resolve the problem.
My recent experience with my rotator cuff issue, I was sent to Lifemark for physio on my shoulder. Shiv was my physiotherapist for shoulder issue. I am very pleased as it is the first time in about a year and a half that I do not have any pain in it. I want to thank Shiv for the care that he gave me. Alice Johnstone
