Alicia's treatments speak for itself. I've been seeing Alicia for several years. I met her accidentally when I pulled my back out and couldn't sleep because it was painful to move in bed. She told me she'd fix me. When someone tells you that, most would be skeptical, but after 1 treatment, I had more mobility and considerably less pain. She stands behind her massage and acupuncture expertise. I've been treated for various ailments and have left feeling exponentially better than when I arrived. She will honestly tell you what you need and how you can feel better in no time. Last time she recommended that I meet with the physiotherapist, Melaine. I've never been for physio before, but she was able to improve the pain I was experiencing. I would highly highly recommend this clinic. Most places boast their experience and can't follow through. This clinic is able to exceed expectations and noticeably relieve pain.

I have been seeing Alicia for over a year now for various ailments and I have had great results in all cases. She has helped me with improving comfort with my Achilles tendon tear, relieving pain in both of my elbows and with general discomfort in my shoulders and back through acupuncture and massage. As well, she has improved my eczema and weight through acupuncture and discussion of diet and better eating habits.  
Her new place in Whitby is very warm and inviting while she and her staff are always friendly and make you feel at home.  I would recommend Pain Solutions to anyone with massage, acupuncture, physiotherapy or general well being needs.

Alicia listened to my concerns and attended to my issues  to help relieve my pain with different methods of healing.  She really helped me understand what caused my pain.  Enjoyed the message and acupuncture, I felt comfort and confidence in Pain Solutions, very friendly, clean, highly recommend Pain Solutions.

Very clean place and wonderful people! My family has been going to see Holly the massage therapist for over 10 years and now the physiotherapist, I wouldn't go see anyone else! Definetly recommend so go check them out!

I actually found a very experienced massage therapist name Lilly from Pain Solutions at Pickering and got released four years of chronic pain on my whole left side from head to toe. Lilly you are great! very passionate on her job, May God bless you! Latha
