Fondé en 2008, Pro-Actif Santé est, depuis l’été 2016, un organisme sans but lucratif qui a pour mission de promouvoir un mode de vie sain et actif en offrant aux citoyens de Verdun et du Sud-Ouest des services et des activités de conditionnement physique et d’éducation.

Notre équipe d’instructeurs chevronnés et passionnés offre une variété de cours répondant à vos besoins et à vos intérêts : yoga, pilates, yogalates, zumba, cardio danse, circuit d’entraînement, tai-chi.
Notre horaire est flexible, permettant tout autant aux nouvelles mamans, qu’aux personnes retraitées ou encore aux professionnelles de s’entraîner selon leur emploi du temps.
