We have never stayed with this chain of hotel before but we were pretty impressed with the property. The hotel was nice and clean, the staff were friendly and the beds were quite comfortable. In addition, we appreciate the value. They provided a reasonable rate during the high summer season when everyone else was charging crazy high prices. We will definitely consider staying again in the future. Thank you.
We spent one night at the Prestige Hotel with our two dogs and had a wonderful experience. Not only were we upgraded to a king bed with a loft but had all the dog amenities waiting in our room. There were two dog beds, bowls, baggies to clean up after your pet and cookies. Staff were very friendly and helpful at check in/check out. Room was very spacious and bed was very comfortable. Will definitely be my top pick when visiting Vernon. Highly recommend!
The staff are very helpful and accommodating. The Junior Executive suite is really nice. Indoor pool was a bit cool and the hot tub was like a bubble bath when turned on. Comfortable beds and pillows.
This was my sixth stop of 7 hotels on a 2 week road trip. The room was very large, could have been a little bit cleaner and had a very bad smell upon arriving. I tried to run the AC and sprayed some cologne to try and mask it a little. I was able to bring my pet with me and they supplied a dog bed, water bowl and bag of treats in the room which was very nice. The front desk staff was friendly. The hotel has lots of parking on site. My biggest complaint and reason I wouldn't come back is the terrible layout of the hotel. I had to walk through 4 doors/hallways including the restaurant hall and conference center just to get to my room and they had to other entry doors in the hotel. The hotel is also located kind of on the outside of town and which isn't terrible but lots of highway noise.
Nice Hotel for the price, its clean staff are great. Location is close to many things. The big issue for me is its next to a noisy highway and a rail line that can be noisy when a train goes by.
