We have never stayed with this chain of hotel before but we were pretty impressed with the property. The hotel was nice and clean, the staff were friendly and the beds were quite comfortable. In addition, we appreciate the value. They provided a reasonable rate during the high summer season when everyone else was charging crazy high prices. We will definitely consider staying again in the future. Thank you.
Had our Christmas Party there this year 2024nWas a blast with a real band this year. The Food was excellent!!nServers were so friendly and efficient. Recommend this establishment for future parties and get togethers.
We spent one night at the Prestige Hotel with our two dogs and had a wonderful experience. Not only were we upgraded to a king bed with a loft but had all the dog amenities waiting in our room. There were two dog beds, bowls, baggies to clean up after your pet and cookies. Staff were very friendly and helpful at check in/check out. Room was very spacious and bed was very comfortable. Will definitely be my top pick when visiting Vernon. Highly recommend!
The staff are very helpful and accommodating. The Junior Executive suite is really nice. Indoor pool was a bit cool and the hot tub was like a bubble bath when turned on. Comfortable beds and pillows.
Everything we wanted to do we could walk to, the rooms are amazing and the experience feels 5 star and the vacation feel is amazing... could not believe the upper class feel I've experienced in Vernon bc
