Great hotel. The staff were awesome. Very helpful and accommodating. We brought our 2 little dogs with us and when we got to the room they had 2 little beds, 2 dishes, 2 bags of treats, doggy poop bags and a list of vets, dog parks and pet stores in the area. A very nice touch and greatly appreciated. The bed was comfy and they had fresh coffee early in the morning. We would definitely stay here again
We had a lovely one night stay at this hotel. Both our room, and our relatives room were well appointed and very clean. The whole hotel was well maintained, and we enjoyed the pool, hot tub and restaurant. AC was nice and quiet. The only thing we found disappointing was the fridges in both rooms were not cold, and the doors didn’t shut tightly. I doubt this would bother most people though but we had some frozen items we picked up from a visit to Davison Orchards that we had hoped to keep cold.
My mom, sister & l went away for the weekend. We booked a suite. Two beds and a sofa bed. The beds were soft. I got the sofa bed. It wasn't bad. We didn't have any towels in the hotel room, so we went to the front desk and they brought us nine towels, two hand towels, and two facecloths. We were stocked:nThe pool and gym looked good, but we never ended up using them. The Vending machines was full with all the good stuff, chips and chocolate. We also had a little kitchen that was fully stocked, kettle, toaster, cups, plates etc. It also had a small fridge and stove top.
4 star only because the mattress was so soft it would cave in like a deep pit.nLove this hotel and staff.nGreat handicapped accessible washroom.nEasy stroll in shower.nPlease just leave the shower head lower.
We have been loyal customers for years. After driving 6 hours, we checked in with our pets and provided all required information type, color, name, etc.. We arrived at our room to find it dirty: no towels or soap, an unmade bed, a bathroom with hair and marks in the shower, and garbages still full from previous guests. This isn’t the first time we have encountered cleanliness issues, but we tried to look past it. Almost two hours later, the staff knocked on our door, saying we could not stay with our pet, asking me to leave her in the car for the night, and telling us to figure out a plan to leave the next day. After such a long drive, this was stressful, disappointing, and unacceptable. Because of this miscommunication, I had no choice but to cancel my reservation—and was then sent a 10% discount code, which doesn’t come close to making up for the situation. I truly expected more support as a long-time customer. We will not be staying here again. I hope the hotel takes immediate steps to improve cleanliness, communication, and how they handle situations like this.
