Bathtub did not drain while having a shower, ankle deep water. When called the front desk, they didn’t offer any help. No housekeeping available till next morning alas we checkout. Would not recommend. Only positive is, its pet friendly.
The hotel definitely needs upgrading. The rooms were tidy upon arrival and air conditioning worked great - we were lucky as some rooms weren't. The bathroom portion with the toilet/tub is small. The pool was clean, but the liner looks like it was needing replacement. Always had to ask for pool towels, they were never stacked and ready to go. The parking lot is not meant for tour buses. One of the vehicles in our group was hit by one trying to get out of the parking lot. No staff from the hotel ever came out to help. Someone from our party helped the driver back all the way out of the lot. They called us on the 2nd day of being there asking when we were arriving for our booking. They're disorganized and need to be trained better. Overall the hotel is decent, but for the price we paid, I will be looking at other hotels in the area next time.
Room was old style but renovated to be nice and it was clean. AC unit was very noisy and the remote didn't work. Breakfast was terrible and you would be better to remove it as a feature. Maybe give a coupon for the Wendy's breakfast next door. This is a 1 star hotel.nWhen I checked out early I should have checked my bill.because I was supposed to have a veterans discount but it was not applied in the final billing.
The Breakfast was rudimental but not bad, however, there were just a few tables. So we had to sit in the lounge's small sofa to eat with our plates on our lap.nAs soon we walked into the little reception, a strong smell of food took place. horrible. Check-in was easy but the front desk didn't seem to be enjoying having guests. Our room was OK but very poorly cleaned.nI asked to have a crib in the room that was missing, it was late at night so I decided to have the two beds put together so my toddler could sleep safely, the floors under the bed were so dirty like no one cleaned them for weeks, and the beds rolled easily so nothing that is hard to be done.nThe bathroom was disgusting. The shower curtain was full of mould. It's like a $2 item from a dollar store.nThe room I stayed has a door to link with the other room, I could hear everything!
Super disappointed! Room was very dirty, bugs everywhere, hair in bathtub. They only change towels every 3 days so you have to ask for clean towels. The AC doesn’t cool down your room at all. We had to make multiple calls to front desk to get the things we NEED. The pool was absolutely disgusting, chlorine was burning our throats by just being close to the water. Pool was all rusty and sharp everywhere not a safe place at all. Breakfast in the morning was dry, flies were all over the food! And on another note staff are super rude and don’t do anything when you ask for things to get done!
