Very dirty!! The pillows on our bed were dirty and smelled. The door to the bathroom had a chunk of wood ripped off 4”x2”. And when we lifted up the pillow there was a hair on the bed. The front desk let us move to another room. Which was a bit cleaner but not by much! Never stay here. The only thing it had going for it was the woman working at the front desk. She was very nice and understanding.
Most dirty hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Nothing was even wiped down, I complained to the front desk so they offered us another room, which was slightly cleaner but still very dirty. We had stains on 5/6 pillows, the comforter also had stains, the faucet and mirrors had toothpaste on them, the counter had a layer of crust in the crack, the bathtub had a line of filth and wouldn’t drain, the ac had a thick layer of dust, used a towel to wipe water up and it came back black, most towels had stains. Staff took our complaint pretty serious at least so I will give them credit there. Although some staff especially housekeeping didn’t speak the best English so it was a struggle requesting things.nnBooked there for the hot tub and pool which we couldn’t even use cause we went to it once and we’re so disgusted by how dirty it was we couldn’t use it again. Breakfast was very minimal. And an hour before we were leaving we were told by a lady in the room next to ours that she had bed bugs, I can’t confirm or deny this claim but maybe take a look and be mindful.nnThis is a cheap hotel to stay at but I recommend paying a little extra and staying anywhere else.
Room was old style but renovated to be nice and it was clean. AC unit was very noisy and the remote didn't work. Breakfast was terrible and you would be better to remove it as a feature. Maybe give a coupon for the Wendy's breakfast next door. This is a 1 star hotel.nWhen I checked out early I should have checked my bill.because I was supposed to have a veterans discount but it was not applied in the final billing.
The Breakfast was rudimental but not bad, however, there were just a few tables. So we had to sit in the lounge's small sofa to eat with our plates on our lap.nAs soon we walked into the little reception, a strong smell of food took place. horrible. Check-in was easy but the front desk didn't seem to be enjoying having guests. Our room was OK but very poorly cleaned.nI asked to have a crib in the room that was missing, it was late at night so I decided to have the two beds put together so my toddler could sleep safely, the floors under the bed were so dirty like no one cleaned them for weeks, and the beds rolled easily so nothing that is hard to be done.nThe bathroom was disgusting. The shower curtain was full of mould. It's like a $2 item from a dollar store.nThe room I stayed has a door to link with the other room, I could hear everything!
The rooms were very clean, staff accommodating and a restaurant located next door after a long day of travel was greatly appreciated! The breakfast was more than we expected, with yogurt, pancakes, eggs & sausauges, amongst other things. Great value for the weary traveller!
