PRESSE CAFE

Great service, great owner, the food and coffee is affordable and tastes good. The employees are courteous. Would recommend!

I came here to use the restroom which meant I had to make a purchase, which I don't mind at all. The restroom was clean and had plenty of paper towels. I bought a small coffee which tasted good. The only complaint I have was with the dairy containers. They were either empty, broken, or difficult to pour from. Not a huge issue though.

-10/5. Terrible Owner and his guantanamo bathroom laws! I only had to wash my hands from some ice cream that dripped onto them. They require you to make a purchase in order to use it. Fine. I can understand that. So i purchase a small coffee. Tell the server that i'll be back to pick it up. I go into the washroom, wash my hands and walk out in what couldn't have been more than 2 minutes. As I go to grab my coffee, the manager or owner of the establishment was pointing his finger at me demanding that I order something in such an arrogant and aggressive tone like I WAS SHOOTING DRUGS UP IN THERE OR SOMETHING! I told him that I bought a coffee. He said to show a receipt. I couldn't believe this is happening over something so trivial. I told him i didn't have one and i asked him where the coffee i ordered was (I admit a bit snarkily). And this sorry excuse for a human being started pointing his finger and raising his finger at the nice barista who served me just minutes earlier! Then the manager started raising his voice and pointing his finger again at me! Saying that i probably took a big poop!!! I was so appalled. fORGET about how a business owner should treat his customers; how can one even treat people this way! What the hell kind of place his this? Like is this really happening i though.. I was so angry and shocked I just took what ever measly change i had in my pocket and threw it over the counter. He kept on repeating that i took a big poop as i was walking out and i just snapped and told him to f off! This experience was so ridiculous and so asinine and just sad. I'm not walking into that particular presse cafe again and URGE ALL PEOPLE TO ABSOLUTELY AVOID IT!!! Don't give this terrible person any of your money!! If i thought my opinion would matter to the presse cafe corporation I would report him and ask for his franchise to be revoked! [REPLY TO THE OWNER:] There was no one in front of me. You did not ask me to leave and I am not lying. And please tell me how i was racist? I am not the only person who has commented on how ridiculous, rude, and arrogant you are. i feel sorry for the employees who need to work for you.
