After reading other's reviews, and the painful inability to set up my OPT+ Reloadable Prepaid Mastercard as a payee over online banking, I'm going to grab a Scene Prepaid visa at Scotiabank Thursday. If you're thinking of doing this either to curb your spending, repair you credit rating, or show your young teen self control with money, I emplore you DON'T get this prepaid card, get one issued through a major bank, eg. TD, Scotia, CIBC, etc, or a secured balance credit card. This is the first and last banking I'll EVER do with THIS bank/credit union. AND, at least as far as prepaid cards go, do NOT get anything OPT+ branded as you can ONLY load/withdraw them in person at whichever cheque cashing you spent the 15+tax+initial $10 load for it. You can also onlyb avoid the 6% cashing fee on chques if you use the payroll feature the cards include.

HOW UTTERLY DISAPPOINTING!!! You guys should be ashamed. Someone buys/gets your prepaid mastercard with an expiry of Oct/2017. Little does one know you charge a $2.50 monthly admin fee(FOR WHAT EXACTLY) so when someone goes to use it they find out they don't have what they expected in a balance. I guess I answered my own question...you charged a stupidly big monthly fee so YOU could get the "gifted money". Shame on you!! Guess the most recent reviews indicate where that's gotten your business. To bad I didn't get the choice on whose gift card I was receiving!!

This Fraudulent company tried to ask for the last 4 digit of my Social Security to verify some information. I refused and they just hanged up. I looked them up and there seems to be a ongoing lawsuit with them right now. The lady that I spoke with (1-866-582-4085) is Jennifer Medina ext. number 9046 I'm in the process of also suing them for unwanted solicitation calling to my house.

All trans Financial Services issues pre-paid credit cards behalf 360incentives. These cards have been declining since May 22 although there are outstanding balances due to access to the system breakdown. It as of now taken more than 5 days to repair this problem. These pre-paid cards make up a large portion income (the balances paid are deemed taxable). Hence this breakdown is akin to with holding someone's wages. Over 5 days to fix a problem it tells me your business is not up to the task.
