Not only was I lied to from the woman about mis-charges on my account but she did everything she could to sell me the service but really didn't care and I had constant issues about the o line and phone and account numbers. So I went in to close my account one day and three months later I get a call saying it's not closed and there IS NO WRITTEN NOTICE Of me ever trying to close my account and I'm in overdraft. I am sure PC is a great bank but I have had nothing but problems with them. Their app blocks me out every 2 days as does online banking telling me repeatedly my password is incorrect. They can't correlate numbers and letters with their passwords. I have been charged NSF fees constantly from a source I don't know of that I called and was told there is no way I should even have access to that phone number as it belonged to a group of associates I'm not part of. Either way I'm going in there to close the account again and I am finished with them!
