Fast friendly service. I'm from out of town so I didn't know what to expect in terms of what information I needed. Since I am a client in my own city I had no worries at all. I was able to go in and get a payday loan with only saying my name and confirm my address and employment. Fantastic!

Your company is not it claims to be. We jumped through hoops to get the I.d. needed for the situation. It was good enough to sell us a reloadable card but it sure as heck wasn't good enough to cash a payroll check. Fast forward 10 minutes ....down the street to moneymart , they were quite happy to have our business . You lost 3 customers with your "requirements" .

They accidentally withdrew double payments... I noticed it and brought it up to the teller. She ensured me that it didn't happen. It wasn't until I asked her to bring up my online banking before she admitted that it happened. They refunded me in cash, however, it took more work for me to go to my bank to deposit it again. I hope this doesn't happen again in the future.
