BMO Bank of Montreal

The staff is always friendly. Answers questions I have. I have recently had trouble with an appointment I booked. I booked an appointment about a week in advance with someone who could make changes to TFSAs. I showed up to the appointment and she was polite and friendly, but they could do nothing. They had just arrived back from being off for 2 months and had no access to any system. They couldn't even update my information. They could only tell me sorry which she mentioned they had been saying to people all week. I was very annoying and confused as to why they bothered to book me this appointment with someone who couldn't do anything. It was my understanding she had all the qualifications to change what I needed, but the bank had her removed from all the system due to the extended absence. The individual I had the appointment with had a literal pile of work to catch up on. I wish she, or the bank manager would have called me and rebooked before I left an unplanned family get together for no reason. It was a complete waste of at least 35 minutes.

Twice now that they have said something was done and they haven’t. First time cost us 6 months of service fees on a student account. This time we caught it in time but should have been on a family account and again not done. So stay away from BMO they don’t care if you switch the teller told me that today

Amazing people at this branch. Manager at this branch is very nice and advisor Jonathan Koles is one of the best there is. Very pleasant experience with him and highly recommend.

Never had a problem here at this BMO , 6760 Morrison St Niagara falls , we joined at Queen St , been with BMO ever since , great service , best bank we ever delt with , thanks to all the staff !!!

Is it so hard to answer the phone you have workers standing around doing nothing but talk about what they did the night before maybe they need to be told keep there personal life at home and maybe they can work. This bank is not worth it.
