Deplorable experience. Been with this bank for 20+ years. Never have I been treated by anyone with this company so horribly. I wouldn't even give it one star but I had to so I could write a review. If you don't live paycheck to paycheck and have a stellar credit rating I'm sure they would treat you wonderfully. Just like to thank NATALIE FLURY for using her discretion not to cash my cheque from a company that I've been cashing cheques from for the last 9 months so I can't pay my rent or feed my 7 yr old daughter.

Appalling service from Assistant Manager Natalie Fleury. Deeply disappointed. I have been with Scotiabank for over 10 yrs, in one transaction she has completely destroyed my trust in this institution.
