Pizza Pizza

Came here once last year and stood there waiting to order, but the employees behind the counter did not greet me. I thought they would finish what they were doing and then serve me. Another party walked in and the cashier walked over to serve them first. I spoke up and the employees all gave me attitude. They still served the other party first, and to this day I am still fuming when I think back on my experience at this Pizza Pizza. I wrote in to their customer service but no one ever contacted me. Will never buy pizza from this location ever again, even though I live within walking distance.

I went in today to order a large cheese pizza. However, I was told by the workers that they no longer sell/make large cheese pizza???? They said that they only do medium or XL. When I asked them why this was, they simply said that they just do not make it UNLESS you add 3 toppings (which no longer makes it a cheese pizza anyways). This is the most ridiculous thing I have heard, and was not even given an actual reason as to why this is. I have never heard of a pizza establishment that doesn't make something as simple as large cheese pizza. Once I got home, I checked their website to see if they sell it, and they do. So I do not understand why these workers were refusing to make such a simple request. The quality of this location has been lacking over the years, and it is now starting to show in their service as well.

Good Service and Amazing taste of pizza ! Good quality pizza within few minutes and tasty at the same time . All workers are very polite and kind .

With time the quality of Pizza Pizza have degraded many folds and with other pizza vendors in the market, which are far better, the comparison automatically comes in our mind. This pizza pizza is untidy, unmanaged and suffocating. Seems like there is no exhaust, staff doesn’t want to work and no body cares. My stuff was ready but no body informed. We had to ask for reheat which decreased the taste of our food. No sorry no apology. I felt like I am in some under-developed country.

Pizza is good. Owner does a good job. Location is good. Convenient and just outside community center.
