Great place to buy sweets and great hospitality. Everything was laid out beautifully and regularly approached by staff in case we need help. Plenty of options including frozen desserts. There is a section for dining as well. It appears they take bookings for large events. I definitely recommend a visit to this place. Plenty of parking too.
For folks who like Bengali/Bangladeshi food - this place is amazing. The Goat Rezala was buttery smooth and flavorful. Sorse Illish was good. Murg Pulao was amazing. Sweets were decent too. The service takes time and it was informed when we were ordering food. I would rather have the chef making it than things getting microwaved. Overall - totally recommend. It is not exactly cheap but it is totally worth it.
I don’t get to visit Premium Sweets often…it’s just too far away for a downtowner like me. However, every time I’ve visited, I’ve had an excellent experience. The staff are polite and attentive. The sweets are delicious I think they’re the best in the city from what I’ve tried. And the food is surprisingly good too. That said, the food portions are a bit small for the price. Go there for sweets and you will not be disappointed. 4.5/5 stars.
The restaurant is good, food and sweets are awesome but customer service is awful. The customer service is just zero. There is no customer service, there are girls standing with the saddest and most tired faces waiting to attend excited customers. I didn’t like the customer service at all. I don’t feel like coming again just because of the customer service. Its not good. You need to train your staff to be better at greeting. They have the most weird saddest faces.
The kacchi tasted burnt and was taken from the bottom of the pot. Then we asked to replace the dish with chicken walima roast. The rice of the chicken roast was too hard, even the last time before this visit the quality was the same. Felt like either the chef changed or the quality of the food deteriorated over time. The doi fuchka was alright compared to its price. The chicken samosa was very good and stuffed with filling inside. The sweets tasted below average compared to how good our authentic bengali sweets taste.
First visit - tried few different kinds of Bengali specialty sweets. The store is super clean, every item well presented and nicely arranged. The staff is very polite and knowledgeable, big thanks to Rumana. I certainly recommend this great place. I'm definitely going again to try the food.
A place in Canada where you can get all the bengali taste which will bring you back to bangladesh My favorite is goat rezala combo as always. Recommending mango lassi as well Fuchka I felt little expensive over charging $10 for small 6 pieces of fuchka ! But over all it was a great experince. It’s not a place you can Go everyday cause it’s an expensive place but decoration was amazing with good taste of music.
The food is superb, theres no doubt about that, probably best in Mississauga. But I would also like to highlight how good these people are. My wife forgot her clutch at the restaurant and she could only remember that once we reached home. We had our keys inside that clutch and without that we could not have entered our place. So we called them up and they were so kind to help us out. Not only they found the same, they also waited for us to pick it up and it was almost 10 pm. I will be grateful to them, especially that lady who helped us, very kind of her.
Their Halim was worst. Too much salt in it , I bet I can make better halim than them. It costs $13 I guess but the quantity is not enough for 2 people. I forgot to take a photo of Halim. But their sweets are delicious. Staff are extremely knowledgeable and make great recommendations
Last weekend, I visited the 1999 headquarters of Premium Sweets in Mississauga, Toronto, specialising in paneer or Ricotta-based “Finest Bengal Mithai”. This spot is the place for Bengali sweets and savoury eateries. I got my hands on a couple of my favorite sweets: Kancha Sana, Vogh Sagar, Khir Toast, Khir Kodom, Roll Shondesh, Sanar Toast, Cham Cham, and Nadia Shondesh. My favourite was the Khir Toast, the perfect amount of freshness and deliciousness. This place emphasizes nostalgic cravings over plain hunger, giving flavourful savoury dishes for an instant joyous family dining experience. There are over 100 authentic Bengali desserts, along with slow-cooked savoury dishes and ready-to-eat meals. The brand has a sophisticated interior, selective packaging, and a great service in an upmarket setting that compliments the lifestyle of Bangladeshi people.
