Got take out "cold signature blackball bowl", tapioca was a bit hard but grass jelly and taro balls are good. Portion is good and service is good too. Very clean environment.

9.99 for an extremely small “bowl” of the tofu jelly dessert? Smaller than my palm size as you can see in the photo. Like how the store owner responded to other similar comments, good luck to the head office. This is my first time and last time for you to rob my money. Disgusting way to run the franchise business. Edit: actually mine was not the first complaint about the sizing, if you look back the reviews there was another customer had similar complaint a year ago, and thanks for your thought on saving my pocket i will definitely go for cheaper and better options

We waited more than 10 minutes for two small bowls of takeout even though the shop was empty. When we start eating we realize the red beans and taro balls were not cooked well and was hard to chew on. The quality has been going down hill for our last two visits. It is sad because this is their last location in GTA.

Love the Signature Blackball Shaved Ice and the Taro Black Rice Fresh Milk Tea here! And love that they've got hand sanitizer easily available for customers to use.

Absolutely horrible experience! I asked for no ice and not only did I see them dump some ice in but they even added extra water! It tastes more water than actual milk tea! I asked them to change it and they refused. How's that for customer service? Am never going here again. What a waste of money! Am considering throwing the tasteless drink out. Better to go to coco on central parkway near btrust, its much cheaper and tastier.

New trend of Milk “Tea” without the Tea. Atmosphere is good and the service is fast. They make healthy shaved ice too! Not so pricy. Recommended. Will come back for sure.

Very chewy taro ball and boba. Brown sugar Milk is delicious. First timer here and the workers are very welcoming. Reasonable price and nice indoor deco!

Prices weren't bad, and the customer service was polite. I hope the dessert is better than their bubble tea. The tapioca was on the chewier side without being undercooked, so there's some hope for their dessert menu. The problem is the black tea wasn't great. It tasted too watered down. Based on the responses to previous reviews by the owner, the owner feels their tea base is so concentrated that they must add some water to the cold tea to temper the strength. I strongly recommend management reconsider their recipe. At the very least, halve the amount of water added. If I had to go back, I'd give a dessert bowl a shot; however, I don't see the point when there are other dessert places nearby that also serve a decent cup of bubble tea.
