Bought a steak and shrimp for the road. On my return trip could only buy a steak since they don't get there seafood shipment until Friday. Should maybe plan a head a little, but they cater to the sledders from Alberta in the winter that seem to like Valemount.

Stayed at Premiere Mountain Lodge and was very impressed that this has been taken over by new owners. The new owner was very friendly and in fact spoke of the many renovations to come. All the rooms were receiving a new lock system and all rooms are being renovated asap. The staff was very friendly and our room was very clean. We highly recommend and will stay again.

The room was filthy, dead flies and fly fiecies on everything. The bathroom smelled of stale urine the tub was so dirty looking that my family chose not to shower. There were dirty hand prints on walls. When we woke in the morning we were doing the room check to see we got everything and there were clothing stickers in our bed from previous guests🤢 hot tub was not working and the pool area was disgustingly filthy. $130+taxes was absolutely outrageous considering when we entered our bug filled room we checked behind pictures and baseboards for bed bugs. Could have got a better rest in the truck. Pulled in late and checked out before 6:00am we may have got 2 hours sleep. If there was an option not to give 1 star we would. The sugar supplied in the room was dirty soaked with coffee from guests of the past, and in leaving our room our son asked if he could take a picture of the bat hanging outside our door. We will be stopping at a river to wash the filth off of us, no joke.

Told was under new ownership i went there and saw the same old nasty hotel with stains smells and the odd sensation somthings crawling on you the only difference i noted was it costed more unbeleivable
