Alpine Inn

Basic rooms for a night's sleep on the cheap. Nothing special but nothing wrong either. For the good low prices you get a clean room and a warm bed. Our room had a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker too. There's a convenience store and pizza shop right across the parking lot. Nice views.

Stayed one night in their suite room and wished we could stay longer! Highly recommend booking their suite if you have a group - the suite was huge! We paid the same price for a three bed, two-story suite at the Alpine Inn as we did staying in a standard hotel room in Jasper. The suite has a functional kitchen which was helpful for making breakfast in the morning, and a HUGE big screen TV. Great location, friendly service, we were very happy with our experience!

Amazing service Super sweet staff. We needed a place to stay for the night and they welcomed us right away for an amazing price. Kid friendly and gave us a first floor room with parking at our door. Walking distance to any store in Valemount. the room was super nice and very clean! Highly recommend I wish we could have stayed longer!

The place is unsanitary. Beds, counters, microwave, washroom and tables have dirt and hair everywhere! Bedsheets and pillow cases looked like they weren’t changed at all. The beds are old as in badly caved in! I guess you get what you pay for but it’s not worth saving a little bit for a good night sleep. The baseboard heater keeps on going even at the lowest temperature setting, we had to crack open the door and windows. Would not recommend this place at all. I’d rather pay a bit more and make sure to book early for better place to stay.

The room had a TV and a microwave and enough space to put your bags and everything, but it was so dirty I didn't want my bags to touch the floor. The bathroom was not so clean but could have been worse. The sheets however had stains all over them, so better don't look too closely if you want to sleep well. On top of that, the neighbourhood is quite deserted and scary at night. All in all, it is okay for one night, but I wouldn't recommend a longer stay.

Good service, clean rooms … no extras though! Bed, bath, fridge, and the worst Color in a Color TV I’ve ever seen! But hey! Just glad to have a place to lay our heads. Apparently this place had been open since the sixties … Oh if these walls could talk!

Man at desk was pushy. Room heat was off wen we arrived in -30°. There was a snow drift inside our room inside the door .3 of 5 lightbulbs were missing in our room. Toilet didn't work. Outside door did not close tight. Showeredhead spray was great! Nope, not coming here again!Rooms: 1/5

Clean rooms but they door knocked and then just walked into our room at 8 am and woke up my son after we didnt get in until midnight. You need to train your cleaning staff to clean empty rooms at 8 am not occupied ones. Truly simple.Rooms: 3/5

Room was awfully dirty , beds and pillows were almost useless , cobwebs all over the room, microwave was filthy and taped together, hot tub was filthy with toilet paper floating in it and the owner said it was 100% clean while looking in it. Gross. You can also tell that the 5/5 reviews were made by the owners. would not recommend

- BED BUGS! Soon after going to bed, I found myself, pillow, and mattress covered in bed bugs. I was switched to a different room and shortly after dimming the lights I found another bed bug crawling across the mattress. - Everything else was as expected for a cheap motel. - The person at the front desk was helpful. My money was refunded and I continued my road trip without sleep. Hopefully they take the bugs seriously and get them exterminated.
