I had found a beautiful picture online at premier pawn. Even though I live on the opposite side of the country, they were great to deal with. They took the time to get the item packaged and delivered to my home in Ontario within a few short days. Thank you for taking such great care of my picture and for a smooth transaction!

Great experience dealing with Eryn at PJL. Saw that they had a Swiss watch in-stock on their site that I was going to be purchasing anyway and decided to contact them. From the start to end Eryn was super helpful with providing the details, pictures and videos of the item without issues. She even went in on her day off to get me what I needed so that I could get the watch right away. As it was a relatively high priced item that certainly assisted in putting my mind to ease especially since I was dealing with them online from Alberta. Less then 2 days after I made contact with Eryn, I had the watch in my hands. Recommend them highly.

We have visited this store several times over the years and have received excellent service from Erin, Kyle and Dave :) It gives us peace of mind when making a purchase knowing that the staff are well trained in understanding the different characteristics that contribute to the end cost of individual diamonds. The more expensive pieces have professional appraisals done on them which has made us more confident when considering a purchase from a pawn shop. We have purchased several movies, games and a few jewelry pieces over the years. Thank you to Dave for your help in our most recent purchase :) I highly recommend this store to anyone who wants to browse through all kinds of neat items or is looking to find something unique to add to their jewelry collection!
