Good products. Reasonable price. But it has taken months just to get the right product ordered. How hard can it be to buy something?

I came in with questions for 3 different watches, and they were all answered. David was extremely knowledgeable, and I left feeling very satisfied with all how they treated me and my watches.

Not very helpful at the Orchard Park Mall location in Kelowna if getting anything done to any jewelry.  Don't advise on ring sizing but they can tell you all about what goes on with your fingers after you get the ring back and it's still too big. What kind of jewelry store doesn't advise on ring size? How can they even sell rings then? Also if you take something in to get fixed they don't call you to let you know what's going on with it or when it gets back even when they say they will twice! This was for 2 different items so I'm not giving them a chance for strike 3 as I believe it's an inevitability.
