GREAT. love the service, very friendly people! They know how to treat a client. I 100% recommend. Awesome job at eyebrows can’t trust anyone else with it. Aman is my fav person to go to for my eyebrows! Great makeup and hair too😄

New owner of this saloon is so professional and nice. She did my hair colour and streaks and I was so happy with the results.She was so amazing in her dealing throughout my hair treatment.She listened to me so patiently and did beautiful hair streaks exactly the way I wanted .

Although, the salon has just recently gotten a new owner. She has definitely turned things around the customer service is so good and fast . They make you feel so welcomed, they always have a smile on their faces. This is the only place I trust to go for my eyebrows and hair and overall best salon I have been to in surrey.

there is a lack of integrity in the work that this place does now- do not recommend!!! really liked going here when Preet owned it but since the new owner, i went to get my eyebrows done twice, the first time she didn't do a fantastic job because she said my eyebrows were messed up and she wanted to fix them so i put my trust in her, excited to go back and have better brows, i go to her place and halfway into doing my eyebrows, she goes .. oh theres a chuck of ur eyebrow missing.. and tried to tell me that maybe me sleeping on that side of my face could have led to a straight row of hair being plucked up when clearly it was her- i asked her to just be honest and stop blaming me for her mistake and after 15 mins of back and forth she finally admitted to it- there was no respect for my time as i waited 30 mins while she talked to a co-worker and further she continued to lie to me and blame me for her mistake.. so appalling.

Made the mistake of coming in during their tea break. Waited over 20 minutes even though I was the only one there. Figured there was a bride or someone getting ready that had the entire staff in the back, but I eventually found out I was the only client in the place. Eyebrow threading was decent, but not worth the wait. Needs better customer service.
