Happy Hair Cuts

Been going here for couple years. At first, their services were great, until they hired new people who don't seem to have any proper training! My eyebrows were threaded unevenly and they cut above my eye lid - twice! I thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt and go back after a couple of weeks but, it seems to all have gone downhill. Won't be back.

I've been going here to get my eyebrows done for quite a while now. It hasn't ever been great but its cheap and for me it was OK. The last time I went, the lady messed my brows up and when I mentioned it she insisted that they were even and said I had light hair on one so that's why it didn't look normal. I ended up having to fix them myself. I believe she did that because I was in a bit of pain while she was threading and needed to wipe my eyes a few times since I hadn't had them done for quite a while. I think she just wanted to get me out of there as quick as possible so she didn't care that they were uneven. Unfortunatley i will not be back again.

I have had great success here, the stylists listen to you and reiterate what you've asked for so your not unhappy
