Great Clips

Lots of parking as this store is located in a shopping plaza. I was greeted within 20 seconds of being in the store and asked if I would like a file started. File just helps with reoccurring visits, who was your stylist and what was done. I created a file and provided my information and was told I would not get any mail sent to me. I asked for the Asian lady because my sister suggested her. I know the reviews said she's rude but I thought I should be the judge of that. She was busy and I was told it would take 5-10 minutes. Her name was Jilly once she was done she greeted me and thanked me for waiting. She was polite and nice, I showed her a picture of what I wanted. Low stars because she cut 18 inches of my hair and it's not what I wanted. Totally different from what I asked for. I'm not mad or upset because it's hair and I'm mature about it. Ask me last year and I would flip out, but there's other things in life that are more important then hair. Anyhow 2 stars because I didn't get what I asked for. I was given a $5 off coupon and another $2 off on my receipt. I will not be going back. Oct 4th *revised after I wrote the review I was contacted and was asked to return back for a free haircut. I declined and instead asked for a refund and it was delivered via Canada post within a few days. I have to say I'm impressed by the attention to customer service with regards to my unfortunate outcome. Service is great but not so comfortable going back to get a haircut.

My $11 haircut Great Card incorrectly deducted to the point where I had somewhere between $1-$10 and I was no longer able to use the remaining balance due to "insufficient balance." I was required to pay the full $16 for a haircut and lose out on the money left on my gift card. Any Great Clips, Never Again.

I have been going to this location since I was a kid and have always loved my haircut. The stylists are professional, friendly, and helpful. They always remember me and make sure that I have a great experience - especially the manager! I would highly recommend this place if you're looking to show-off a new 'do :)

Good stylists. Wait times may exceed 30 mins on weekends. They have space for 6 stylists but somehow have seen only 3 working at any time. Havent tried their products yet. Online check-in really helps but not if you want a specific stylist. Location is very convenient. Maybe a TV for the people waiting could help. Overall a decent experience.

Just had another terrific cut here from one of the ladies who hasn't even cut my hair before. What a great team! This place can't be beat for value and convenience.
